Delete your account

You can delete your GamesFolio account at any time, from the app or by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open GamesFolio and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email privacy@gamesfolio.com from the Google address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We confirm it is you and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in: your Google email address, name and profile picture.
• Your player profile details: name, photo, phone number, city and playing styles or positions.
• Your scoring rights on matches, your tournament and meet-series roles, and any live stream you are broadcasting.
• The notification tokens of your devices.

What is kept

Matches, scorecards, teams and tournaments are shared with the other people who played in them, so they are not deleted. Your appearances and statistics in them stay, credited to an anonymous "Deleted player" with nothing that identifies you. If you sign in again later with the same Google account, you start a new, empty account.
